a) Eye Glass: it is used to magnify the register marks and other things on printed sheet.
b) Draw Down: it is used to check the shades of the inks used in a particular job.
c) Pantone shade card: it is to show the color gamut of pantone inks.
1) Scuff Tester: This is a Scuff Proof Testing Machine to check the Surface Scuff Proof ness of the Printed and Varnished Surfaces with different Kinds of weights and Number of Rubs as per Specifications of the Clients.
2) GSM Testing Machine: This is used for Checking the Gsm of Paper & Board bought to maintain the Quality Levels as per Specifications given by the Clients.
3) Gloss Meter: This is a Digital Meter to check the Surface Gloss Level of the Finished or Printed Surface. We can check the Gloss levels of Different Kinds of Finishes such as Water Based Varnishes, UV Varnishes and Laminated Surface and any other surface finishes etc.
4) Bar Code Reader: We check all Bar Code printed by us for readability and correct printability. Because there is no other way of checking whether the Bar Code being printed is correctly printed and correctly readable.
5) Spectrophoto Meter: For ink and density checking.
6) Hot Air Oven: To check moisture in Board & Ctns.
7) Ultra Violet Lamp: For coin reactive ink testing.
